TBH I'm suprised it took this long. It's been more than a decade since the Snowden revelations. If I'd been a top decision-maker in the CCP, I would have launched a project to ditch Windows for GNU/Linux as soon as the implications of those leaks became clear.

Es erschüttert mich fast gar nicht mehr, weil jedwede Regierung autozentriert agierte.
