One thing I like here is the kitchen has standard size! So most of appliance build base on this standard and don't need to find out will it fit in the kitchen. Although it limits the capacity of many appliances (e.g. washing machine here limits to 12kg max, compared to Asia and US, you can get up to 25! kg) but I kind of prefer to have this standard that I can change thing easily.
