I still think all the IOT devices should be local first. All the control should be able to run local and remote outside home is just a nice feature to have.

Door to door today is 2hr (usually 1.30hr) with the bus. I guess NS app can't predict how many bus I need to wait + traffic jam 🥲
There is track maintenance between my home station (Ede-Wageningen) and Utrecht cause NS have to provide express bus which doesn't seem to be express today. A lot of traffic on A12 🥲
Have to wait for third bus before I can board and the jam add extra 10 minutes and have to take the next train instead of the one that provide in the NS app. Technically, I can take the chicken line (Ede-Wageningen - Amersfoort) too which probably better than the bus one.
